Like its name, Robusta Honey Coffee is processed using the special honey processing technology – a combination of dry and wet processing methods – to create honey-colored coffee beans.
The main benefit of using the honey processing technology over other methods is that it helps improve the quality of drying process and preserve the coffee aroma throughout the fermentation stage.
